This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and slotkaya governing your use of our platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using any slotkaya service. Each individual may hold only one registered slotkaya account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.
All bonuses and promotional credits offered by slotkaya are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions specified in individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before requirements are met.
slotkaya applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all accounts. Identity documents (MyKad or Passport for Malaysian players) are required before withdrawal requests are processed. slotkaya may request documents at any time.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software or bots, chargebacks, and any form of fraudulent activity on slotkaya are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate.

2.1 By accessing or using the slotkaya Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing, playing, or placing bets — you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional terms specific to individual promotions, games, or services as published on the Platform.
2.2 These Terms are effective from the date of your registration with slotkaya and remain in force for the duration of your Account's existence, including any period following closure of the Account where obligations remain outstanding.
2.3 slotkaya reserves the right to require re-acceptance of these Terms at any time, including following material amendments. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the current Terms as published.
2.4 These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use slotkaya. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. slotkaya enforces mandatory age verification (KYC) for all accounts. Any Account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the slotkaya Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — are prohibited. slotkaya employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts.
3.3 Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Geographic Restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the slotkaya Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. slotkaya makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotkaya login credentials. You must notify slotkaya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. slotkaya will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to secure their credentials.
4.1 slotkaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where slotkaya reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
4.2 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting slotkaya support. Upon closure, any outstanding Balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal method on record, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
4.3 Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule, or may be administratively closed by slotkaya.
4.4 You must promptly notify slotkaya of any changes to your registered personal information, including email address, phone number, or banking details, to ensure the integrity of your Account and payment processing.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. slotkaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Malaysian-supported payment methods including FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other participating banks), Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. Accepted methods are subject to change and are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount on slotkaya is RM20 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the Player's name that have been used for deposits on the Account. slotkaya will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.4 KYC for Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. slotkaya may request identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
5.5 Processing Times. slotkaya aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, typically within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals following KYC clearance. Processing times may vary based on payment provider timelines and regulatory requirements. slotkaya does not guarantee specific processing times.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the slotkaya Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by slotkaya are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates, as published at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in individual promotion terms and may differ per offer.
6.3 slotkaya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Fraudulent attempts to exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic wagering to minimise risk — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and Account suspension.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
6.5 slotkaya reserves the right to determine whether a Player's activity constitutes exploitation of promotional terms and to take appropriate action, including voiding related winnings.
7.1 Each game and betting market available on the slotkaya Platform is governed by its own specific Game Rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Game Rules, the specific Game Rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 slotkaya uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. All RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised international testing laboratories.
7.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a round or bet, slotkaya reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the Player's stake. slotkaya's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 slotkaya reserves the right to restrict wagering limits, limit maximum winnings, or decline bets at its discretion, including in circumstances where unusual wagering patterns are detected.
7.5 Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by human dealers in real time. slotkaya and its live casino providers are not responsible for outcomes in live games where the physical result is unambiguous.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotkaya Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

11.3 slotkaya's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits slotkaya's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by slotkaya's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 slotkaya's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12.2 By registering and using the slotkaya Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that slotkaya may be required to disclose your information to regulatory bodies, law enforcement authorities, or financial institutions in connection with anti-money laundering obligations or legal proceedings.
13.1 slotkaya may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or at slotkaya's sole discretion where continued Account operation poses a risk to slotkaya, its Players, or third parties.
13.2 Upon termination for cause, slotkaya reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money Balance will be returned subject to completion of KYC and any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations.
13.3 You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting slotkaya support. Termination does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that accrued prior to the termination date.
